How fast do classes fill in community college / Can I request a sooner registration date?

I just started college from high school this Fall, I'm going to be continuing in Spring 2015. Registration Opens November 12th, I already have all my classes picked out and added to my cart (just need to register when its time). My registration time and date is Dec 1st though. I'm scared that all the classes are going to fill up (I want to take 6). I heard that classes like math/english/science fill up fast, which classes do you think I will be able to get into? (Specifically Psychology because I want a specific teacher for that). And can I go to admissions office or somewhere and ask them to move my date sooner because I won't be able to get classes? Or will they not care.

The school is El Camino College

Psychology 3 - Critical thinking and psychology
Math 180- Pre Calculus
Contemporary Health 1
Art 101
Film 110 - Film appreciation and analysis (the basic/intro film class, pretty much film 101 but they call it 110)
Biology 10 - Fundamentals of biology

The best professors and the best time slots may have already been filled up. I registered for courses 3 days after it went up at my CC and 3 of the 6 English classes on the campus I needed were filled up already. That’s because it’s more or less a progression (English 1, then English 2), the times were convenient, and the professor is well regarded.
