<p>All those late night snacks and all-nighters must be taking a toll! Personally...I could be better, but I'm okay as I am. Not overweight or 24/7 tired which is good enough for me right now.</p>
<p>im the same way i eat A LOT, but i also excersize a ton so i guess it evens out.</p>
<p>Pretty good, being a teenage boy and running track helps.</p>
<p>Just got back from playing racquetball for an hour and a half and taking a ball in a rather unfortunate spot. :( Gonna make doing homework a little distracting for the rest of the night.</p>
<p>I always turn into hibernation mode during the winter (i.e. gaining a few pounds) but always shed it off by the summer.</p>
<p>This spring has been awful, though. We've had a chilly day for every warm day so my regimen has been really off.</p>

<p>I won't even lie. I'm not healthy or physically fit.</p>
<p>Well, my mile is 5:30 and I'm a guy.... Not very fit I guess :(</p>
<p>I'm pretty healthy. I try my best to eat vitamins every day and I remember to eat my daily fruits and veggies. Oh, and I'm doing sprints in Track & Field, 8) my 4-pack abs are complete.</p>
<p>Dude, it too me 13 minutes to run a mile...okay so it wasn't so much running as me speed walking. I just let my classmates do all the running. ^_~</p>
<p>I eat a TON and the only exercise I get is walking between schools and building sets at theater. And I'm underweight =[.</p>
<p>But being a vegetarian forces me to watch what I eat a bit, making me a little healthier.</p>
<p>My mother is a health nut and she only buys things from whole foods and freakin organic spots. I'm really not into the whole healthy life style even though im forced to eat whatever she buys. I do eat a lot of things im not suppose too but im still young and slim.</p>
<p>i'm like 10-15 overweight. Mostly because I don't exercise AT ALL..In the summer I'm usually 15-20 pounds lighter</p>
<p>I'm healthy, but too skinny and weak to be considered physically fit.</p>

Fit? No.</p>
<p>I really don't eat that much and I try to eat healthy often, but because I don't exercise with any sort of regularity (if at all), it has more of an effect. Spending hours and hours and hours in front of the computer doesn't help either...</p>
<p>i'm healthy and physically fit because i have been playing sports all year round since i was about 4. soo that definetly helps</p>
<p>I'm like a bronze god, except after wrestling season when I gain 20lbs, but besides that I'm fairly physically fit, I can do 50ish pushups and 15ish pullups...but when it comes to running I run a mile in barely under 7 minutes...</p>
<p>so on a scale of 1-10 i'm like a 7</p>
<p>I'm fit. Skinny but with good eating habits and exercise habits.</p>
