A 35 or 36 grants me a full-ride to my state school, that’s the only reason why I’d go through the ACT prep gauntlet again.
Personal anecdotes would help!
I did a few practice tests and scored between a 32 - 35 on them. Got a 35 on the actual ACT. On the one which I got a 32, I was unwell and demotivated, and it showed. But every time I gave it my all, I got either a 34 or a 35. I think after, like 33, it’s pretty heavily dependent on luck. That said, practice won’t hurt your chances, that’s for sure.
