How good an indicator is PR Biology tests?

What did you score on the PR tests compared to the real thing? Is it harder, easier, accurate, not accurate?

I haven’t taken the biology SAT II yet, but Princeton Review books are usually about the same for every test. They usually have a bit harder questions that the real test. And, there grading scale is the pretty similar (if not the same) as the test. So, I would say that your score will improve by a little on the real one.

Me personally,

I scored 600 range on PR and Sparknotes practice test and got a 750 on the real thing.

Honestly when it comes to Bio, its pretty much how lucky you get in getting an easy exam or a more difficult one.

just plain inaccurate.

So what is your recommendation meadow?

PR/Sparknotes aren’t bad for practice tests.

How good is the official practice test?
I got a 730 on it…

I think your actual score will be higher than PR’s… it was like that for me anyways
PR=730
actual=790

^<_<, well I used the Official SAT book, not PR…

@ shiomi: The official SAT book test is a recently administered one. So your score will likely fall within the range: 700-760.

ZorroX99: that’s good to hear, cuz I’ve been getting 600s on SN practice tests. But I agree it’s all about luck, I mean at the beginning of the test if I’m matched up with something I dunno I’m basically screwed lol (the part where you’re given ABCDE and you gotta choose one of them for the following so and so questions)

Is it just me or are the SN tests ■■■■■■■■?..
So many errors

^yup. They are…lol. That’s why I never trust them…they’re way too easy and have way too many errors.

For me PR=680, the real thing=780. XD

Meh…I only spent a couple days reviewing…
Here are my test scores…
PR - 650, 650
Official Blue Book - 730

Am I screwed?..
I took AP bio but that was last year.

PR-680
Blue Book-800
Real-800
