<p>Hi! I applied ED about a week ago to SUNY Geneseo particularly as a Special Education/Childhood Education major. After reading about the influx of applications, they have received I am rather nervous. I attend a public school on Long Island that is considered by US News to be in the Top 100. I have been in correspondence with several people from Geneseo over the course of the past year (especially with Kris) and I have received a copious amount of mail. After my visit though they sent me not only a thank you but a tee-shirt, saying they were so glad to was considering Geneseo. Here are my stats:</p>
<p>GPA: 3.7 (school doesn't weight)
APs: 8 (and if not AP then honors)
Alot of activities and quite a bit of community service
Alot of work experience (Ive shadowed a boy with special needs for the past few years)</p>
