How good does the US Senate Youth Program look on your application?

I want to apply for the USSYP, but I don’t know how good it looks on your application. Does anyone know anything regarding this?

If you’re choosing activities based on how they will “look” to H, it won’t work.

I don’t want to apply for the program just to get into Harvard, because I actually like politics and government and it’s something I’d like to pursue in the future. I just want to know whether it’s worth the effort or whether I should look for something that will give me more knowledge and skills.

Harvard likes politics. You may want to look at the IOP at Harvard.

I did this program last year! I may be biased, but I think it’s a pretty impressive award. :slight_smile: Everyone who was selected was super passionate about politics/their communities, so if that sounds like you, I would apply!
