<p>im looking at cmu as one of my choices for college. i found a program on their website called bachelor of science in computational finance. its said to be the first university in this field and the bachelor (and the master) degree program is very prestigious. has anyone here heard more about it?

<p>There's about 10 graduates per year with a 100% hiring rate by IB's. Admission is very competitive, and it's mostly hardcore math majors who go through the Analysis/Mathematical Studies (Math Honors Program) track.</p>
