How good is Michigan State's undergrad finance program?

what about its graduate?

thanks

I don’t know about its Finance major but in general they have a very good business program. Illinois and Indiana are strong in this area also. Best of luck!

Are you in state?

If so, are you applying to UMich?

Other state schools like Indiana, Penn St, and others have strong B-schools, too, but if you need financial aid, then an OOS public won’t work unless you go to a school that will give you merit for your stats.

edited to add…

*
Michigan resident

GPA (unweighted): 3.78
ACT Score: 30

Also, can I get any significant scholarship opportunites if I’m Asian (Pakistani) and my family makes less than 35,000 dollars a year?*

So, you’ll need financial aid. The Mich schools will probably work for you as long as your parents don’t have much in assets. Do they?

The only OOS publics that will work for you are ones that would give you huge merit scholarships (like full tuition) otherwise they won’t be affordable.

Should we assume that your parents can’t pay anything towards your college costs? Or can they pay something? If so, how much?

i think tey would be able to pay a max of about 2,000 to 2,500 dollars a year, nothing more than that
