How Good is My Chance Applying to SCEA?

I know that it may be annoying reading through these, but I am honestly not sure where I stand in terms of applying to Yale (and other colleges at a similar level). I greatly appreciate any feedback and comments, thanks in advance.

Grade: Rising Senior
Ethnicity: Black/African American
^^I'm not 100% Black, does this really matter for applying as an URM?
Gender: Male

GPA: Unweighted: 3.88; Weighted: 4.70
^^The reason my GPA isn't 4.0 (Or close to it) is because of my freshman year. I guess this can be looked at as a good thing (or at least better than having my bad grades in 11th grade?), but I'm not sure. Breakdown as follows: (Year: 1st Sem/2nd Sem)
Freshman Year: 3.4/3.9; Sophomore Year: (4.0/4.0); Junior Year: (3.8/4.0).
Class Rank (based upon weighted GPA): 6/200-300 or so? My school is extremely competitive with students loading up on AP classes (Our #1 has a weighed GPA of like, 4.9).

SAT: The worst part of my app by FAR. I am hoping to improve these scores in October, but for now:
Math: 770
CR: 640
Writing: 700 (10 Essay)
Total: 2110
Subject Tests: Currently have a 750 in Math II, but I am planning to retake it (Should I?), and take Chemistry as well (which should be 750+)
I'm also considering taking the ACT (Any advice on this?)

I've taken 12 AP Classes so far (3 Freshman, 5 Sophomore, 4 Junior), and I am in an IB Program, so I also took 2 IB classes this year (Chemistry and Music).
Notable AP/IB Exam Scores: Calc BC (5); Chemistry (5); Statistics (4); Music Theory (4); European History (4); Microeconomics (4); Psychology (4); and a couple 3s (which I'm not so proud of).
Senior Schedule: IB Math HL, IB English HL, IB Psychology HL, IB Latin SL, Theory of Knowledge, AP Art History.

Extracurriculars:
(1) Soccer: I've been playing Club Soccer (Travel Team) for 10 years now. I have been on my High School Varsity team for all 4 years; and I will be team captain this coming year.

(2) Music: I've been playing the piano for 12 years, and compete in statewide competitions (which I have been recognized for).

(3) Tennis: I've been playing tennis for all of high school, and played 2 years of Junior Varsity; as well as two years of Varsity (including my senior year). I got 2nd place in the district at the #3 seed this year, and won the district at #2 doubles with my partner. Next year, we are projected to advance to the state tournament.

(4) Mu-Alpha-Theta: I have been a very dedicated member of the Mu-Alpha-Theta team all throughout middle school and high school. I have won multiple awards at the regional and state level; too many to list here.

(5) Junior Classical League: I have been a member of the Junior Classical League (Latin and Greek Honor Society) for 4 years. I have been the vice president of the club for two years along with my close friend; the president.

(6) Key Club: I've been in my school's Key Club (Service Club) for a couple years, and I am treasurer for senior year. The club has been extremely small and hasn't done too much in the past, so my friends (the other officers) and I want to get the club up and running again, and we want it to be extremely successful.

^^I hope this is not too much, and I also hope it's not looking like I'm just trying to overload. I am extremely dedicated and love being in every single one of these clubs.

Awards:
Numerous Mu-Alpha-Theta Awards. A few of these are:
Statistics-Top 10 in State; 2nd in Region (2009)
Quadrilaterals-Top 20 in State (2008)
Part of a Statistics team-3rd in State; 1st in Region (2009)
Part of a Calculus team-Top 5 in State; 1st in Region (2010)
Cum Laude on the National Latin Exam
Honorable Mention in Big-Bend Tennis and Soccer
AP Scholar with Distinction

Volunteering:
Spent the summer at a local summer camp counseling youth.
Various activities at the local Natural Museum of History
Activities associated with Big-Bend Kids Incorporated
Written Tests and Volunteered for the Annual Rickards Invitational (Math Competition in which hundreds of students attend)

Work Experience:
Worked for 6 years as a youth and adult soccer referee.
Worked for 1 summer as a camp counselor.

Additionally, my Grandfather attended Yale so I have legacy I suppose. Also as a fun fact, the Yale Undergraduate Admissions building was named after my great-great-grandfather (Henry F. English).

I just read through all of this and realized it was incredibly long. Sorry for dragging all of this out, but I'm really curious.

Once again, thank you SO much for reading through this (or skimming :)) and thanks in advance for your input. It is greatly appreciated.

The gpa won’t hurt you to much if it’s just freshman year.
Being a URM will definately help.
You seem to have your ECs down solid.
Your test scores could be higher, CR is really the only big issue, but you have time to retake. It won’t kill you.
Idk if SCEA will happen, but you’ll never know if you don’t try.
If they think you’re a qualified applicant, the worst that will happen is deferral. Good luck to ya :)
