How good is RocketReview?

i read some customer reviews on amazon.com...most of them were good, but i read one that said there are "3 answers that are incorrect in the answer key and that the auto-essay scoring feature on the software is useless"

all the other reviews praise Adam Robinson for his work on the book and their results...

is this book worth buying? also is the "300 word list" accurate?

The word list is basically a bunch of easy to middle range difficulty words. It's a very good list to start with though. I think the RR is very much like the PR cracking SAT book. Everyone thought it was soo good because xiggi recommended it.

I really think It's great.
I am using it right now to help prepare for the Jan SAT. The word list is relatively basic, but what I find most useful are the math tips and the general 'tutorials.' Robinson breaks the Math test down and organizes a seven rule system to work by.
Overall definately worth it IMO. I use it along with College Board's new prep book.
Also, don'y rely on RockeyReview for practice tests, there aren't very many questons in the book at all, so have a book like College Board's to go along with it.

Um. If you're going to buy book for list, don't because you can just download it on internet lol.

I scanned through Rocket Review but nothing particularly great there.

I personally really liked Rocket Review.... Given, it was one of the only two SAT prep books I'd ever seen (Barrons and RR) =\ Well, I thought it put a lot of things in better terms than the Barrons book did! Helped kick my writing score from 630 -> 730 =D Of course, I always already knew the grammar, just that I never really got in right in the 4 hour thing =\ (80 on PSAT)
