Haha I'm going to be a freshman this fall and I kind of wanted to gauge my chances of trying out and walking on. I played a few years of USTA satellite tourneys and I'd love to get back into it...

well i don’t really know too much about them… but my friend who was looking at ND was a big tennis player and he said ND got the #1 recruiting class in tennis the year we graduated from high school (2008). So, I think we’re probably very talented but I’m sure if you have talent they’d love to see what you’ve got and maybe see if they can find you a spot.

i also heard from swimming (i know it is different, but I have heard that it happens in all sports), that the coaches really like to have some really intelligent walk-ons who work hard. they may never play, but they can turn into the coaches’ right hand man and assistance in team orientated tasks.

Haha well… I’ll definitely try out then I suppose. If not, is interhall tennis a big thing or not really? haha

^^i was lookin at the intramural and club stuff on campus too…if i get in lol

they dont look too bad.
