How good is Warrington College's internships & job placement program?

I'm transferring in this fall as a Junior into Warrington's finance program. I would really like to be placed in an internship next summer. I'm wondering how well the business college performs in helping undergrads get paid internships. Are the school resources useful at all, or am I going to need to use outside resources on my own.

Also, I read somewhere that the school had the 3rd best job placement program of any public college in the U.S. Is this true?

they’re alright. don’t be under the impression that there is a line you get in and you’ll eventually get an internship though. the only real direct avenue for internships that the university provides are internship fairs and the like. they offer counseling to look over applications and help you narrow down how to search for internships, but they don’t give you a list of internships and ask if you want to sign up.

basically, if you want an internship, you will be looking far beyond the reach of the university. very very very few internship programs have direct affiliations with the university.

that being said, we do apparently have pretty good placement and stuff. its hard to really prove it, or understand exactly what the rankings represent though.internships are still very difficult to get, so i don’t personally put much stock in the rankings for that stuff.
