hey guys im thinking of doing international relations/international business at the following school but i will be considered an international student living in europe. in general, how difficult is it to get into these schools?

here's the list:

william and mary (top choice)

U Pittsburgh

carnegie mellon

middlebury

american

george washington

baylor

U Virginia

U Chicago

Emory

syracuse

thanks a lot!

are you applying for aid?

no i'm not. :/ hopefully i can get a bunch of outside scholarships. are there any for intl. students?

most of the undergraduate scholarships are only for US residents/citizenz

It depends on your stats , extracurrilcuars etc.

it depends from college to college. also, state universities will be slightly less competitive that their private counterparts. as per my knowledge, UChicago, CMU, GWU and middleburry would be tougher to get into than other. selectivity also depends on whether you apply for fin aid or not as the institutions that you've mentioned follow a non-need-blind admission policy. some even do not offer financial aid. just keep in mind these points while selecting the colleges.

i^2

You're chances are not bad, especially since you don't need aid. If you're a strong applicant, you should get into several of your choices.
