So i am currently trying to drop my art 3 course and skip on ahead to ap art. I talked to the teacher and she said its intense, but im a pretty good artist, and i think my motivation will carry me along. Plus, I'd rather take ap art, which is 2 periods, then take art 3 and weight training, which are both cp classes. So has anyone here ever taken ap art? Is it intense? Will i choke and drown if the teacher lets me take it??

you must complete 24 pieces before may

AP Studio Art? My friend thought it was ok... Sorry I can't offer better advice. It doesn't seem to be a common class to take.

mmm... yes. you cant self study it can you?
if so, then i may have a good chance. i paint around 2 or 3 peices in a month.
do you need to have a teacher fill out any form or anything? or can you just submit independent peices?

that may be trouble. the AP is looking for both breadth and concentration. that means you must be using a variety of mediums, focuses, techniques on the breadth. AND THEN concentrating on a certain theme throughout your concentration. 12 pieces each.
