How hard is it to change from College of Natural Resources into The College of Engineering?

I want to major in bioengineering but was accepted into the college of natural resources, how hard is it to change into the college of engineering?

Yes, transferring out of engineering is much more likely than transferring in. I wouldn’t count on being able to do it.
