I just got accepted, and berkeley is my top choice, but I was accepted into the College of Natural Resources. I want to Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, do I need to enroll and preform first, or can I call them up and switch right now?

Molecular and cell biology is in L&S, whose change of college procedure is here:

It is reportedly not difficult at all to change into L&S (as opposed to the College of Engineering). Some majors in L&S are capped and require applying to declare, but molecular and cell biology is not one of them.

There are biology majors in the College of Natural Resources.
