How hard is it to do an internal transfer into the business school at UIUC?

I applied to UIUC business unassigned but didn’t get in and instead got put into the undeclared program, the school of DGS.

If anyone could answer my question based on their experience I would really appreciate it.

“Congratulations on your admission to Illinois! The Division of General Studies is a great place to start on our campus as they have some very talented and highly trained advisers who will give you great instruction as to how to best approach transfer to Business on our campus. I can tell you that the average GPA for those who successfully transfer to Business recently was a 3.77. Out of the 356 students who applied to Business, 211 were admitted for transfer. I hope this helps!”

I was reading threads where people were saying less than 50% were likely of getting into the business school for internal transfers and it was unnerving to say the least.
