If I keep GPA above a 3.0 all 4 years of High school, live in state, and get an ACT score of 21 what are my chances of gettign in?

You may need to do a little more. I was looking at scholarships at LSU, and to even be considered you’d have to have SAT scores of at least 1400 (math + reading) which is about an ACT score of about 30. I have a feeling you could get in, but I would try to step it up a bit if possible.

Just to get in you have to have an ACT of 22, but I wouldn’t worry about that too awfully much. And there are some scholarships you don’t have to have a 30 for. Plus there are always grants (which you don’t have to pay back) and loans (which unfortunately, you do). But I’d just say push yourself that little bit farther and you should do fine :)
