Hi! I was wondering if it was hard to get into Berkeley if I put business as my intended major?
I operate an online business on Ebay and Amazon and make about $500 a week.
I’m also the CEO of my school’s Marketing and Management Academy (well known for 1st and 2nd places at trade shows)
I also plan to open up a Non-Profit Business with my friend pretty soon later this year.
Currently a junior, my UW: 3.85 and W: 4.43
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
“Business Administration is only available to junior transfer applicants; freshman applicants may apply to the College of Letters and Science, Undeclared–Pre-Business Administration.”
From the website. You need to get into Berkeley’s College of Letters and Science first, and then you apply for Haas. So you need to get into UCB, then into Haas.
The entering Fall 2015 class had 689 applicants and 297 offers of admission with an average GPA of 3.67. Needless to say, it’s difficult but clearly not impossible.
