How hard is it to get into Emory, Georgia Tech, and UGA if you're asian and you live in Georgia?

For undergraduates, GT has 20% Asians, while UGA only has 9%. Considering that Georgia’s population is only 4% Asian, I don’t see how it has hurt their chances at admissions.
