Hard hard is it to get into prestigious business or law schools from SEAS?
How hard is it compared to from Berkeley engineering and MIT engineering?
is there any pros or cons of SEAS for getting into grad schools?

First of all if you want law school, engineering anywhere isn't the ticket. They don't even come close to adjusting GPA as much as they should in spite of much harsher curves.

yeah GPA is the most important thing in law school admissions, after LSATs.

If you're smart and work hard, you'll get a decent enough GPA. That's the case for plenty of people. No reason to major in sociology just to inflate your GPA so you can get into law/bschool.
