How hard is it to get into these colleges?

Sweet Briar
Hollins University
UT Knox- number 1 choice, especially this one
UT Martin
Midway
Nazareth

I want to be a Veterinarian and participate in th IHSA

In my freshman year i had a 3.6 and took english honors.
Sophmore year i dropped severly to a 1.5 because i had a lot going on in my home life, was depressed and quite frankly didnt care about living anymore. my club advisor talked to me and i took counseling and now im better than ever. I took english 2 honors.
Junior year- ive maintained a 4.0 or higher so far and now the second semester is starting, so far its great. i am taking AP US History, Anatomy and Physiology, geometry, Pre-Ap English,Instrumental music,Spanish 2.
If i keep this up senior year, make a high ACT score, play tennis, get into the national honor society this year, stay in Beta club/ become National member and volunteer at the animal shelter. can i get in? I plan on taking as many AP classes as possible next year and maintaining 4.0 or higher.

PS- this is the first year our school is offering AP, and thre are not many options as of now
