<p>Well then we’re in perfect agreement. As long as it is supplemented with other, more intense activity it’s a perfectly acceptable form of exercise.</p>
<p>I gained 5lbs my freshman year with cafeteria food. It’s not so bad.
I also lost 10 lbs during the summer, (started exercising lol) 10 more lbs (gym though I ate whatever) through sophomore year and then 10 more lbs (gym+calorie counting) through jr year… and was like 104 lbs.</p>

<p>DDR in advanced/heavy mode DEFINITEly burns more energy than that. I know because I lost 10 lbs during 3 months with DDR on heavy/advanced mode, LOL, and it makes me sweat/works me out ALOT more than actually going to the gym… it’s like running seriously LOL.</p>
<p>It just gets boring for me too fast afterawhile so I can’t really be on it for more than 30 minutes.</p>
