I was admitted to UCLA as an Electrical Engineering major, but i'm thinking I would really love to do computer science. How hard is it to switch? What kind of grades do I need to get in the first CS classes to be eligible to switch?

I think in the EE department you have plenty chances to take CS courses and it won’t be to difficult to become EECS major in EE dept.

Does not really say how difficult it is. You may want to ask directly.

Try to take a couple CS classes first and see how you do before transferring.
