Sorry if this is the wrong place to post, but I got into bioengineering major for UCSD as an incoming freshmen. My problem is, i have no experience in bioengineering or any major for that matter, so i don't know if bioengineering is the right for me. Is it relatively easy to switch or would i have to switch soon because of different classes for each major?
Thanks!

google “change major ucsd”

If you want to switch into an non-impacted major, it’s really easy and you can do it whenever. If you want to switch into and impacted major, it’s harder to do and I’m not exactly sure all the requirements behind it. What major were you thinking of?

It will be perfectly easy switching OUT of an impacted major. I’d trade you spots, haha. I want to get in to bioengineering but they let me in undeclared.
