How hard is it to transfer for Winter term?

Alright i am thinking of applying as a transfer into LAS for winter term.
i have 30 credits with a 3.9GPA from a small state school
and 13 credits with a 2.75 gpa from a top 50 school , my GPA was very low last semester because my father died half way through the semester.

my overall GPA is a 3.77 with 43 credits and i am taking 3 online classes this fall which will be worth 14 quarter credits.

i am not submitting SAT scores since i havnt done them, i got a good rec, tons of ec's, i am an international student from canada and i am not planning on applying for any scholarships or financial aid.

anyone know how hard it is for a Out of state student to get into UM as a transfer for winter, i am not asking for any financial aid or scholarships

Here are the requirements for transfer students,

[Transfer Student Requirements | University of Michigan Office of Admissions](Transfer Applicants | University of Michigan Office of Undergraduate Admissions)

i already know all that information, it is posted on their website…

i was kinda looking for advice from someone who is applying or has gotten into UM.

It may be a bit harder you have decent stat’s though. Honestly no one knows until you apply which i encourage you to do and they don’t publish transfer statistics for winter. If you don’t get in winter you could re apply for Fall the fall transfer acceptance rate for 2012 was 34%.
