NYU Stern is my dream school. I'm wondering what is the difficulty of transferring in as a junior.

Personally my stats are:
- GPA: ~3.6
- Top 15 University
- Strong EC's
- Got into NYU Stern as a freshman

There seems to be no hard data out there but my guess would be somewhere in the vicinity of a 3.7+. I also remember reading that Stern places a heavy emphasis on math grades and scores. I will assume Stern will take into account the strength and rigor of your current institution.

No way is that true. B+ is too low, you probably need a 3.5 minimum and higher is better. I think to really have a chance you need like 3.7+.

It depends on other factors as well. I am thinking of applying as well. I have a 3.5 gpa in the Baruch Honors Program. The thing that I think will hurt me is that I did poorly in calculus a B-. I felt I got a B+ in the class but the professor would not listen.
