I'm a freshman student at the University of Delaware and am planning on transferring to another school, preferably PSU, PITT, or Penn (reach). I was accepted to PSU and PITT, but decided to go to UD honors instead. How hard is it to transfer after your first semester to another school like these, especially since I was accepted to both of them in high school?

what are your stats like(i'm applying to Penn CAS for sophomore transfer as well)? usually it's slightly easier to transfer after more time in college.

Well I'm a chemical engineering major and am taking two honors chemistry classes and honors english, all three of which are A's. Overall, I think my GPA will be around 3.5 or 3.6 for this first semester. I'm taking 15 credits, which include honors chemistry, honors quantitative chemistry, calculus b, microeconomics, and a required honors english course. My high school GPA was a 3.9 weighted, and my SAT's were 1350 (780M, 570V). I really am not leaning too much towards Penn, because I don't think I have too much of a shot, but I know I definitely can get into PITT or PSU main, but I just want to know how hard the process is to transfer. Is there still any time left to transfer for the spring semester or is there no chance?

well, for Penn, I know that they don't have spring transfer admissions. I'm not sure about the others. Good luck though!
