I am a freshmen, going to be a sophomore next year, and I attend a regular local high school already. I want to take Chemistry Honors at Stanford OHS next year also so I can advance to Physics Honors at my normal school and my counselor said I can do this. I am doing this so I can do AP Physics C in my junior year OR Stanford's Summer Institute for Mechanics and Electromagnetism after 10th grade in the summer to prepare for it(I don't want to wait until senior year because it won't even count then because colleges won't see it). Here is my possible next year course:

1 AP World History (extremely rigorous)
2 English 10 Academy (a more advanced form of honors, but it's alright)
3 Physics Honors?
4 Precalculus Honors w/ Trigonometry (slightly less rigorous than AP World History) <-- I might be doing that over the summer though at a community college so I can advance to AP Calculus AB to be able to do AP Physics C later on
5 Spanish III (easy peasy)
6 Tennis...?! (might not do it if I do Precalculus over the summer and get AP Calculus AB next year)

The chemistry class at my school is a piece of -beep- by the way. There are no honors classes for it, so there is a good chance I will be forced to be in the same class with extremely incompetent people. You have no idea how bad the regular people can be at my school (eg drugs).

Is OHS Chemistry Honors hard? Will it overload me?
