<p>I have to take the UC Writing Exam on the 9th and I am kind of worried about it because English is my worst subject. Is it hard to pass it? Do you have to get a higher score if you are going to a more competitive UC, like Berkeley or LA? What happens if you don’t pass?</p>

<p>It's just a "placement" exam. It just tells the university where to place you for english. It's not like they reject you if you don't pass..they just put you in intro english (and if english isn't a strong subject..you probably wanna start in intro anyways so the second class is easier for you).</p>
