How hard is transfer into Notre Dame?

For those who are thinking of transferring while still in your undergrad... DON'T! Because you will be like me and miserable! I got admitted into top 2 school in my state. My parents didn't want me to leave the state, but now I really want to leave. I wanted to go to Notre Dame since sophomore in HS but never applied (I probably wouldn't get in anyways). I want to transfer there as a Sophomore and by then, I should pretty much finish all of my requirements stated on the ND's website (Art and Letter). I heard the transfer rate is pretty high for its reputation (~40% I think). Here are my stat, do you think I have a chance?

High School (this is what trip me over)
Female- Pacific Asian
GPA- 3.75 Weighted (prolly around 3.53 UW)
Couple of APs and Honors
Decent ECs with long commitment
SAT: 1320/1890

College
GPA- 3.8
As I said, I can finish all the requirements by then
Some EC and research done
Good letters of recommendation (or so I hope)
I'm a pretty good writer , I think that what got me in the school i'm currently in.

Another question I have is the Financial Aid, I know the price is crazy. I pretty much go to my current college for free since EFC= 0. But how does ND meets its transfer Financial Aid?

Thank you and Happy New Year!

https://www3.nd.edu/~instres/CDS/CDS_2009-2010.pdf</a> Section D. <30% accepted. You’ll still need to send your HS info, including scores. I believe the closer to your HS time you try to transfer the more they will look at the HS record (and as you know your scores are on the low side).

Notre Dame doesn’t meet everyone’s FA but comes close (Section H2).
