<p>Its hard enough for International students to get into college versus the normal USA pool. Plus, you want financial aid which makes it even harder. I say your chances are still good, but just lesser than what they would be if you applied as a USA citizin. Think about it as getting into a instate school, and being harder to get into said school than even a OOS student would be.</p>
