How hard it is to transfer to ILR as a non GT?

<p>I've noticed that ILR has the highest transfer rate among all the other colleges in Cornell. After reading some posts here, I realized the high admission rate is a result of GT. So hard it will be for a non-GT to get in ILR?</p>
