How Hard (Or Easy) Do You Guys Have It?

Current engineering students,

Is there general agreement between engineering and non-engineering students about how much more (or less) work or difficulty an engineering major demands compared to, say, a purely physical/biological/social science or humanities major? Or, if you cannot comment on the previous, would you consider a high engineering GPA more, less, or equally impressive as one the same in a purely physical/biological/social science or humanities major, and on what grounds?

I've asked a lot now; if you think that you'll have more to say with more information about myself or other things, fire away. I greatly appreciate your responses. Thank you.

Engineering students definitely have more work to do than the average liberal arts major. Science majors are probably on par with the amount of work to be done. A certain GPA in engineering or science is more impressive than the same GPA in history.

I think majors where you learn concepts and theories (physics, math) are very very hard, but purely in terms of workload, project based majors like EE and CS are somewhat more intensive. Just in terms of workload, not overall difficulty.
