How hard to get in Honor program (Engineering) ??

<p>How hard to get in Rutgers honor program for Engineering school?</p>

<p>Son has 2300 SAT and 34 ACT but low GPA (3.10), but he took all the highest level courses at his high school. Is there any chance for him?</p>

<p>With that SAT, as long as he is in the top ten percent of his class (or at least close to it), he should be eligible for the honors program. (With the exception of magnet schools, where all students are eligible.)</p>
