I usually get 30-32 on reading, but this time I scored a 26. Generally, a 26 is about 10-12 wrong. I really don't think I did that poorly. In fact, I felt most confident in my answers for this reading.

Could you guys post your reading scores, and how many you think you got wrong?

I got a 30 on Reading. Subscores of 18 and 13 (arts/lit). I usually always bomb the arts and literature passages. The last two times I took the ACT, I got a 28 and a 29 on the reading section. I guess I got about around 5 wrong this time? The reading did not seem much different in difficulty than the last two times I took it. The toll passage was the only passage that really threw me off.

I never do well in reading sections, but this score is a little lower than I expected.
I have no memory of what I did on that test so I don't know how many I got wrong.

i don't know but i'm wondering the same thing...reading is ALWAYS my highest section...i have taken three ACTs now and on the first one i got a 29 on reading, second one i got a 30 on reading and i didn't study for either of those tests. but for this past ACT in september i studied and took many practice tests..including reading even though it is my best section...and on the practice tests I got 34,34,33, and 32 in reading. i went in feeling very confident, and went out thinking it was easy. but when i got my scores somehow reading dropped to my lowest of all the sections...i got a 24!!! i was almost sure of all my answers and i thought for sure i would get a 30+, the thing is i accidentally filled in the reading answers on the science section and in the last two minutes had to transfer them to the reading section...im wondering if something went wrong in the transfer but i was pretty sure i was accurate. i left the testing center thinking it wouldn't be a problem at all. then i got my score. either i copied horribly wrong, or...i don't even know....i was REALLY confused when i saw a 24....
