How heavy is the work load at Rutgers for a Social Science/Humanities Major?

I’m about to graduate with my A.A. at an NJ community college, and I was accepted into Rutgers.

I hear for STEM majors the course load is heavy.

How about for Social Science and Humanities majors? What should I expect coming from a CC?

(I’m going to study history, anthropology, or double major in both)

Rutgers - NB campus, and my GPA is 3.8 or 3.9.
