How high can I shoot?

I've been a canadian my entire life with a helpless dream of getting into a school in the states. Most of my knowledge/research is internet-based so the problem is, I don't really understand how to apply all the stats and scores relative to myself in reality. I will be going into grade 12 in september.

SAT: 2160 (will retake and take the subject tests this coming fall)
GPA: 3.4 unweighted :/
APs: Macroeconomics: 4
Microeconomics: 5
Psychology: 5
Next year I will take AP Studio Art, English Language, Calculus AB, and Stats.
We don't have 'honors' at our school, but we've got these things called 'enriched,' like AP prep courses, which fill up the rest of the courses I'm taking.

Been on the rowing team and the track team (but nothing special).

A total of 100+ volunteer hours so far (various things like art gallery, mentoring children, etc.)

done piano and love art (got grade award and selected into art show once)

Co-founder of a current events club at school.

Got various school awards every year, from Academics, Arts to Speech (again, my school goes on its on little system so I won't drone on and on haha)

Went on an International MUN trip

What would my range be, you think? Top 50-100? I'm estimating blindly here -____-

Thank you SO much for your input chaps!! Brutal honestly will be much appreciated.

(If this has any weight, I'm fairly low income, but my parents have saved up and are willing to pay more because I'll be the first to go to university :) Also, I'm going to apply as 'general', but would like to go into Psychology.)

Admittedly, your GPA is a little low, but a great essay and recs might make up for a little of it.

Top Psych school according to US News (not a good idea to look at, but you can do some more research), is Stanford. I encourage you to apply; don’t get obsessed. You (and us all) likely won’t get in.

U Michigan is apparently another great Psych school, so you could try there.

Anyway, the point is not how high you can shoot. Shoot as high as you want (so Stanford), but make sure you include a range of schools.

You need to do a lot of research about what kind of programs you want to be in. I am interested in business and computer science, but I don’t just go on the rankings to pluck schools out. I research about what I want to be part of. Good luck

I really doubt I can aim for the ivy leagues, but my parents want me to get into at least a well known school in the states if they are going to pay all those international tuition fees. I have looked into different programs, but for my old fashioned parents, even if the program is ranked like top 7, but the school is, let’s say, #170, I won’t be able to go. Thanks for the insight, though, and I hope business and comp science works out for you
