How High School affects admission?

Hey, I just had a couple questions about admission into USC.

I am currently attending a California Community College and I was wondering how much my high school grades affected my chances with getting into USC. I did poorly within high school and never took the SAT's, but am currently getting a 4.0 in college. Will it work to my advantage that I improved from a C average to an A average, or will it hurt my chances that I did poorly in high school?

As a business major what GPA do you think would be necessary to gain admission?

Lastly, does USC factor +/- into GPAs?

Here's some technical info for you-

Brochure on transferring:
<a href="http://www.usc.edu/admission/undergraduate/private/docs/admission/0708/08_TrnsfrBk_final_single.pdf%5B/url%5D">http://www.usc.edu/admission/undergraduate/private/docs/admission/0708/08_TrnsfrBk_final_single.pdf</a></p>

Page 7 talks about GPA- USC DOES take plus and minus grades into account.

Page 16 talks about high school/college records- If you have completed 30 transferable college semester units in a strong academic program, decisions focuses primarily on that work.

Look on the Marshall page about transferring to get more info about that.
