<p>I definitely have an arrogance problem but I'm fairly young and I can get rid of it easier than if I was older.
How do I go about fixing this?</p>

<p>Don’t brag as much. Become humbled by someone. Find people who are better than you, and realize that you aren’t all that after all. Humbleness comes naturally to a lot that are humble however.</p>
<p>Way too much unwarranted arrogance around these forums as of late.</p>
<p>i tend to be smarter academic-wise and quicker understanding and learning things like piano, multiple foreign languages, programming, etc. and i think after years of being with people not as capable of these multiple activities & being number one in practically almost eveyrthing that i have put myself above people even adults</p>

<p>Think about things people have done that you haven’t. Simple things.</p>
<p>You’re probably compensating for some sort of insecurity. Find it and try to fix it.</p>
<p>Find and learn about people better than you. There are probably many people around the world that can do better than you in certain topics. Also, try to see talents of people whom you consider to be inferior, but still try to be proud of what you are good at. I am pretty good at mathematics/science and brag about my awards and scores at score, but I still congratulate others for their talents.</p>
<p>I also have arrogance problem though even after learning about other freaking geniuses(I just believe that in near future, I will just pwn them).</p>
<p>Pssh. You don’t actually have to be humble. Just don’t incessantly * act * like some sort of butthole and you’re more or less fine.</p>
<p>Just realize that no matter how good you think you are, there’s always someone out there that’s better.</p>
<p>I do it, and it’s worked wonders at being humble.</p>
<p>Remember your one flaw: people skills.</p>
<p>Always keep in the back of your mind that people don’t like you when you’re a prat, and when people don’t like you it doesn’t matter what glorious thing you’ve done you’ll just end up a lonely prat.</p>
