I just got my ap score back and they are not what I expected, I got a few 3’s, I will retake one next year so I can get credit, but how bad will this look for HYP Type school?
I am taking at least 5 sat subject test, to hopefully cover it up.

You don’t have to report your scores, but as a homeschool student, they are going to make an impact. It will matter more if the 3s are in the area you plan on majoring in vs more of an elective type credit. (For example, a student applying as an engineering major with 3s on the psychology and foreign language exams will be viewed differently than 3s on the BC and science exams.) But, yes, those 3s are obviously not as good as 4s/5s.
You are so hyper focused on HYP in every single one of your posts. Do you have a broad range of schools that you are considering? You need to investigate some of the wonderful schools out there that are not HYP that would be a good fit for your goals.
Perhaps you should consider focusing less on testing. Don’t take AP and subject tests unless they are in areas of strength where you will do well. More is not necessarily better.
I think it is favorable to show some outside results. That can be in the form of AP. But it could also be SAT2 or CLEP or dual enroll classes or online classes that issue grades from an independent teacher. It depends on your goals and what your ACT or SAT scores show too.
