How important are interviews?

<p>Are they evaluative? Is it bad if you don't have one?</p>

<p>Oh the question that re-appears every day. This is AdmissionsDaniel's anwer to a previous post.</p>

<p>"Interviews typically address your academic background, goals, interests, and what you would contribute to the campus community. More informative than evaluative, these conversations will also allow you time to ask questions of your interviewer and learn about his/her Johns Hopkins experience."</p>

<p>Also I think YanksDolphins said it very well.</p>

<p>"Just don't act nervous, answer the questions, be yourself. And remember they have no impact on admissions (unless you stab the guy or something )."</p>
