i'm registering for a writing class for my freshman year at CU Boulder, with a major in either molecular/cellular bio or integrative physiology (in either pre-med or pre-phys therapy). i can choose to take a less challenging class for a more difficult one and i don't know which to choose. would it be better to take the easier one so i can focus more on my science and math classes? that's kind of what i'm leaning towards right now. but i would like any additional input/help you may have to offer. thanks! :)

I’d go with the easy one and then follow it up with a technical writing course in your junior or senior year. Tech writing is one of the most useful classes I’ve taken as it helps me both write and read technical papers better.

Some science majors have a required professional communications course later on. If you’re loaded up with science/math courses, then you should probably try to balance them with easier courses.
