How important is a professional headshot?

<p>Staple all four corners. Thanks Kat for the note about writing on the back side - I had not heard of people doing that. I have heard to leave some open space on the resume so there is room to make a few notes.</p>

<p>It is all personal preference, someone else might prefer glued, so basically I think do what works best for you. :)</p>

<p>If you have a head shot with borders, you can staple along the border line in the 4 corners. Looks cleaner, and if you have to remove the resume, or replace the resume, the holes from the staples are not as noticeable.</p>

<p>KatMT - That’s exactly how I used to do it but I still prefer glue stick. It’s no longer my job though so it’s whatever daughter wants!</p>

<p>D has a headshot with a border, and she does the 4 staple thing. One thing we found is a “flat” stapler – instead of those little curved undersides, this one makes them very flat (got it at an office supply store, uses regular staples). That way there is less curving when stacked and less scratching.</p>
