How important is ACT reading???

<p>I got a 22 in reading but a 30 composite:
35 Science
34 Math
28 English
8 Essay</p>

<p>However, every college's website I go to I see that they weigh more importance on ACT English rather than reading. Should I retake?</p>

<p>Well i Know colleges usually mostly look at English and Math, but of course Reading is important as well. However with a composite of 30, i wouldn’t complain. If you think you can do better on reading, go for it!</p>
