<p>I have a 32 on the ACT and I'm overall happy with my score and don't want to retake. However, I have an 8 on the writing section. My English score is 35. Should I worry about the writing and consider a retake, or is it not a big part of the admissions process?</p>
<p>My impression is that it isn’t a big deal, but I’m not sure. I got a 10 on my essay and was told by my counselor that it was more than enough at pretty much any college. Then again, my counselor isn’t known for giving great advice, so I can’t say.</p>
