I’m an art major at a community college but I’m hoping to transfer to Parsons for fashion design. I slacked off a lot in college and sadly paying for it with a gpa of 2.8. I have a strong portfolio but my gpa is breaking my confidence 
I would like to know if I should still apply or in my case, is it impossible to get accepted?
