I got a 34 composite on the october ACT (35 English, 35 Math, 34 Reading, 31 Science)
Checked back on the site today and they posted my essay score.
I kinda zoned out during that section of the test, didnt really answer the question, and got a 7.
Do colleges take the essay portion of the test into serious consideration at all?

It's not very important, but it's still considered The composite and the subscores are much more important
