hey guys; some of you might find me familiar, after my numerous postings during the good ol' ED times. well, now that i've been deferred, i'm putting my hopes to ILR RD! but i have one question; how important is the mid year report for RD? my first semester grades dont come out until early february, and as far as I know, the ILR rolling decisions come out in mid Feb...so yea, how important is this? and would my sending it late cause any disadvantage?

My thoughts too...especially after noticing that this was by far my best semester in high school I would like to gain any advantage possible.

bump plz help us out :D

aw come on now, almost 200 views and no answers? this isn't a particularly difficult question that i'm asking :P

It is quite important, but no one really knows the extent of its importance

grades are always the most important part of your application (unless you are the children of the President or related to Bill Gates). Straight A's in all honors/AP can only help! Just get it in as fast as you can.

I really hope that it is important because I have a 3.3 UW/4.00 W gpa for first three years and 3.6/4.5 W this semester! I had family problems before though, so I really hope they look at the new one.
