How in depth to talk about undergrad research in SOP.

<p>How in depth did you guys talk about your undergrad research experience in your SOP?
I'm an engineering major and a general consensus is that we follow a 1.5 page SOP rule.</p>

<p>But if we have a few experiences, I find that impossible to fit in a 1.5 page SOP that also contains a bunch of other things. </p>

<p>Did you guys go in depth or just did something like state the name of the project, took data, analyzed data, and reported the data?</p>

<p>Capitalize on the most relevant one. If none of them are relevant, capitalize on your most recent one, I’d say. Do include all. </p>

<p>In terms of depth, you obviously can’t go too in depth. You still have to include your interest in the program and some other things. On a 1.5 page paper, that doesn’t leave you room to go in depth.</p>
